• Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional content
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

5 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Crankin. By posting content, you grant Crankin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.

6 Communities & Moderation

Crankin hosts communities centered around fishing topics. Community owners and moderators are expected to uphold our community guidelines. Crankin reserves the right to:

• Remove or restrict any community that violates our policies
• Remove moderator privileges from any user who abuses their role
• Suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate our terms

7 Intellectual Property

The Crankin name, logo, and all related marks are the intellectual property of Crankin. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. All Platform code, design, and features are owned by Crankin.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

Crankin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crankin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
